Zechariah 2 (vv. 3-5)

As one angel departs and another rushes to deliver a message, the vision shifts from human planning to divine promise. Jerusalem will not be defined by physical walls, because it will overflow with people and animals; instead, the LORD himself will surround it like a wall of fire and fill it with glory from within.
