Zechariah 13 (vv. 2-3)

The land undergoes a severe spiritual cleansing as idols are cast out and false prophecy is judged. A household stands in painful resolve before a young false prophet, while broken household idols lie discarded on the ground. The emotional force of the scene comes not from graphic violence but from the grief, moral seriousness, and the sense that deception in the LORD’s name can no longer remain among the people.

그 땅은 우상이 쫓겨나고 거짓 예언이 심판받으면서 혹독한 영적 정결을 겪는다. 한 가정이 젊은 거짓 예언자 앞에 비통하지만 단호한 자세로 서 있고, 부서진 가정 우상들이 땅에 버려져 있다. 이 장면의 감정적 힘은 직접적인 폭력 묘사가 아니라 슬픔과 도덕적 엄중함, 그리고 여호와의 이름으로 행한 속임수가 더 이상 백성 가운데 남을 수 없다는 사실에서 나온다.
