Ruth 3 (vv. 1-5)

Inside a modest Bethlehem home, Naomi speaks earnestly to Ruth about securing a future for her. She explains that Boaz, their relative, will be at the threshing floor that night and tells Ruth to wash, anoint herself, dress in her best garments, and wait until the right moment to approach him. Ruth listens with humility and resolve, agreeing to do all that Naomi says.
