The angel fills the censer with fire from the altar and casts it down upon the earth. Immediately the heavens and earth respond with thunder, rumblings, lightning, and earthquake, signaling that divine judgment has been set in motion. At the same time, the seven angels ready themselves to sound their trumpets, turning heavenly worship into the threshold of cosmic upheaval.
