Description
In the hand of the LORD is a foaming cup of spiced wine poured out for the wicked to drink to the dregs, a vivid symbol of divine judgment. Yet the psalm ends with praise and reversal: the horns of the wicked are cut off, while the horn of the righteous is lifted up, showing judgment and vindication held together in one final, powerful image.
