Psalm 29 (vv. 7-8)

The voice of the LORD now flashes like fire across the wilderness, striking with lightning and shaking the Desert of Kadesh. The barren land, usually silent and still, becomes a stage for divine power as the sky splits with light and the earth trembles beneath the storm. The contrast between empty desert vastness and sudden heavenly violence makes the scene especially dramatic and memorable.
