Psalm 2 (vv. 10-12)

The final scene presents the psalm’s call to wisdom and refuge. Earthly kings who once stood in pride now approach in humility before the son, bowing low in reverence. Their weapons are lowered, their posture changed from resistance to submission. The sacred setting may be the courts of Zion, where trembling joy and holy fear coexist. Some kneel, some touch the hem of the royal garment or bow in homage, fulfilling the command to serve the LORD with fear and rejoice with trembling. In the background, a strong refuge of stone suggests the blessing promised to all who take shelter in him.

마지막 장면은 지혜와 피난처로의 부르심을 보여 준다. 한때 교만하게 서 있던 세상의 왕들이 이제는 겸손히 아들 앞에 나아와 깊이 몸을 굽혀 경배한다. 그들의 무기는 내려져 있고, 자세는 저항에서 복종으로 바뀌어 있다. 배경은 시온의 뜰일 수 있으며, 그곳에는 떨림 속의 기쁨과 거룩한 두려움이 함께 흐른다. 어떤 이는 무릎을 꿇고, 어떤 이는 왕의 옷자락 가까이 엎드려 경의를 표하며, 여호와를 경외함으로 섬기고 떨며 즐거워하라는 명령을 이루어 낸다. 뒤편의 견고한 돌 요새는 그에게 피하는 자에게 약속된 복을 상징한다.
