Psalm 104 (vv. 1-4)

The psalm opens with a vision of the Lord's greatness expressed through creation itself. God's presence is not shown as a human face, but as overwhelming splendor: light like a radiant garment, the heavens stretched out like a vast tent, clouds moving like a royal chariot, and wind and fire serving at his command. The scene communicates divine majesty and cosmic kingship over the skies.
