Psalm 100 (vv. 1-2)

A great gathering of people from many families and regions lifts their voices together in joyful praise to the LORD. Men, women, and children stand in an open landscape near Jerusalem, some raising hands, some singing, and some playing simple ancient instruments. Their worship is not fearful or restrained, but full of gladness and movement, expressing a universal invitation for all the earth to rejoice before God.
