Proverbs 28 (vv. 12, 28)

This scene captures two opposite civic moments in one visual narrative. On one side, when the wicked rise to power, townspeople withdraw into shadowed doorways, barred homes, and narrow alleys, their faces anxious and watchful. On the other side, after the fall of wicked rule, the same city opens into sunlight: righteous elders, families, and children emerge into the square with relief and celebration.
