Proverbs 23 (vv. 10-12)

A man reaches to move an ancient boundary stone at the edge of a vulnerable family’s field, but he pauses as a powerful light breaks over the land. In the distance stand the small figures of the fatherless near their field, while the radiant sign of divine justice warns that they are not abandoned and that their Defender is strong.

한 사람이 연약한 가정의 밭 가장자리에 있는 오래된 경계석을 옮기려 손을 뻗지만, 강력한 빛이 땅 위로 비추자 그는 멈춰 선다. 멀리에는 아버지 없는 자녀들이 자기 밭 곁에 작게 서 있고, 하나님의 공의를 상징하는 찬란한 빛은 그들이 버려진 존재가 아니며 그들의 보호자가 강하심을 경고한다.
