Numbers 15 (vv. 1-16)

Moses delivers the LORD’s instructions to Israel about the offerings they must present after entering the land. Priests and worshipers prepare animals from the herd and flock together with measured grain, olive oil, and wine, showing that each sacrifice is to be offered with care and order. The scene also reflects the striking inclusion of both native-born Israelites and foreigners under the same covenant regulations before the LORD.
