Description

A mighty wind from the LORD drives an immense mass of quail into the wilderness around the camp, and the people gather them feverishly day and night. What appears to be abundance becomes a test of craving, as the camp fills with piles of birds spread out for use. Before the meat is fully consumed, the LORD’s anger falls and a severe plague strikes, turning the place of desire into Kibroth Hattaavah, the graves of craving.
