Description
After going out to the Mount of Olives, Jesus warns the disciples that they will fall away and foretells Peter’s denial. In Gethsemane, overwhelmed with sorrow, he withdraws to pray, falling facedown and submitting his will to the Father, while the disciples nearby repeatedly fail to stay awake and keep watch.

감람산으로 나가신 뒤 예수께서는 제자들이 모두 자신을 버릴 것과 베드로의 부인을 예고하신다. 겟세마네에 이르러 깊은 슬픔에 잠기신 예수께서는 조금 더 나아가 얼굴을 땅에 대고 기도하시며 아버지의 뜻에 자신을 맡기시고, 가까이 있던 제자들은 여러 번 잠들어 깨어 기도하라는 부탁을 지키지 못한다.
