Mark 8 (vv. 4-9)

Jesus has the people sit on the ground, takes the seven loaves and the few small fish, gives thanks, and breaks them for the disciples to distribute. What begins as obvious scarcity becomes abundance as the entire crowd eats and is satisfied. The disciples then gather seven basketfuls of leftovers, turning the wilderness into a place of divine provision.

예수께서는 사람들을 땅에 앉게 하시고, 일곱 개의 떡과 몇 마리의 작은 물고기를 들어 감사하신 뒤 제자들에게 나누어 주게 하신다. 분명한 부족함으로 시작된 상황은 온 무리가 배불리 먹는 풍성함으로 바뀐다. 이어서 제자들은 남은 조각을 일곱 광주리에 가득 거두어, 광야가 하나님의 공급이 드러나는 장소가 되게 한다.
