Description
As Jesus leaves Jericho with his disciples and a large crowd, blind Bartimaeus sits by the roadside begging. Though many try to silence him, he cries out all the more for mercy from the Son of David. When Jesus stops and calls for him, Bartimaeus throws aside his cloak, comes forward in hope, and receives his sight, immediately following Jesus on the road.
