Description
After Jesus confronts the people of Nazareth with the truth that prophets are not welcomed in their hometown and reminds them of God's mercy to outsiders, admiration turns to rage. The crowd drives him out toward the brow of the hill on which the town is built, intending harm. Yet in a moment of quiet authority, Jesus passes through the midst of them and goes on his way.
