Description
In the fields near Bethlehem, shepherds keep watch over their flocks at night when an angel of the Lord suddenly appears. The glory of the Lord surrounds them with overwhelming light, and they are terrified. Then the good news is announced: a Savior, the Messiah and Lord, has been born. A multitude of the heavenly host fills the sky with praise, turning an ordinary night into a cosmic proclamation of peace.
