Luke 10 (vv. 1-4)

Jesus appoints seventy-two disciples and sends them out two by two ahead of him into towns he plans to visit. He stands as a commanding yet compassionate teacher, urging them to pray for more workers because the harvest is plentiful, while warning them that they are being sent like lambs among wolves.
