Description
In Nazareth, the angel Gabriel comes to Mary, a young virgin pledged to Joseph. Troubled by the greeting, she listens as the angel declares that she will conceive by the Holy Spirit and bear Jesus, the Son of the Most High, whose kingdom will never end. Mary responds with humble surrender, accepting the divine word as the servant of the Lord.
