Description
After the great victory, Samson is overcome with thirst and cries out to the LORD, fearing he may die after deliverance has been given. In response, God opens the hollow place at Lehi, and water springs forth. Samson kneels to drink, his strength returning as life flows back into him, and the place becomes a lasting testimony to divine provision in the wilderness.
설명
큰 승리 후 삼손은 극심한 갈증에 사로잡혀, 이렇게 구원을 베푸신 뒤 자신이 목말라 죽게 되는 것이냐고 여호와께 부르짖는다. 그러자 하나님께서 레히의 패인 곳을 여시고 물이 솟아나게 하신다. 삼손은 무릎을 꿇고 물을 마시며 기력을 회복하고 다시 살아난다. 그곳은 광야에서 베푸신 하나님의 공급을 증언하는 장소가 된다.
