Judges 14 (vv. 8-9)

When Samson later returns to marry the woman, he turns aside to look at the lion’s carcass. Inside it he finds a swarm of bees and honey, and he scoops out the honey with his hands as he walks along. He shares some with his parents, but keeps secret the strange and troubling source from which it came.

얼마 후 삼손이 그 여인과 결혼하기 위해 다시 돌아오다가, 전에 죽인 사자의 사체를 보려고 길을 벗어난다. 그 안에는 벌 떼와 꿀이 있었고, 그는 손으로 꿀을 떠서 걸어가며 먹는다. 그는 그 꿀을 부모에게도 나누어 주지만, 그것이 어디에서 나온 것인지는 끝내 말하지 않는다.
