Joshua 8 (vv. 1-2)

After the earlier defeat at Ai, Joshua receives renewed courage and instruction from the LORD. He is told not to fear or be discouraged, but to take the whole army and attack again, for Ai, its king, and its land will be given into Israel’s hand.
