Description

In response, the chief priests and Pharisees gather in council, fearing Jesus’ growing influence and the reaction of Rome. Caiaphas declares that it is better for one man to die for the people, and from that day they begin plotting Jesus’ death, while the nation prepares for Passover and wonders whether he will appear.
