Job 34 (vv. 10-15)

Elihu declares that far be it from God to do evil and reminds the listeners that all life depends on God’s spirit and breath. The scene presents humanity, animals, and the land under a vast sky, all upheld by divine power. Rather than depicting God directly, the image uses radiant light and wind moving across the world to show that if God withdrew his breath, all would return to dust.
