Only God knows the way to wisdom, for he sees to the ends of the earth, establishes the force of the wind, measures the waters, appoints the rain, and marks a path for the thunderstorm. In the climax, divine presence is shown not by a visible face but by radiant light over creation, as storm clouds, rain, wind, and the whole earth stand under God’s order. Humanity receives the final word: the fear of the Lord is wisdom, and turning away from evil is understanding.
