Description
The final movement combines restoration and judgment. Jacob's tents and dwellings are restored, the city rises again from its ruins, songs of thanksgiving and rejoicing fill the renewed community, and a native ruler draws near to God. At the same time, the storm of the LORD swirls against the wicked, showing that divine wrath and divine restoration are both part of His purposeful plan.
