Description
A severe drought has fallen on Judah. In Jerusalem and the surrounding towns, nobles send their servants to the cisterns, hoping to find water, but the reservoirs are dry. The servants return carrying empty clay jars, ashamed and stunned, while the city mourns and a cry rises from the land.
