Description
After being cleansed, Isaiah hears the voice of the LORD asking, 'Whom shall I send?' He answers, 'Here am I. Send me!' The vision culminates in a symbolic landscape of ruined cities and ravaged land, yet with a surviving stump like oak or terebinth, representing the holy seed and future hope.
