Description
The final movement turns from judgment to renewal. The barren land becomes fruitful, the deaf hear the words of the scroll, and the blind see out of gloom and darkness. Humble and needy people rejoice, children stand among the restored community as the work of God’s hands, and Jacob is no longer ashamed but filled with reverent awe before the Holy One of Israel.
