In sharp contrast to the fading crown of Ephraim, the LORD Himself becomes a glorious crown and beautiful wreath for the remnant of His people. The scene shifts from collapse to hope: divine presence brings justice to the judge and strength to defenders at the city gate. What human pride could not preserve, God Himself supplies through righteousness, stability, and honor.
