Description
Shebna, the palace administrator, is rebuked for carving out an exalted tomb for himself in the rock, a monument to personal ambition. The prophetic word declares that the LORD will seize him, roll him up like a ball, and cast him into a distant land. His proud office and the chariots he boasted in will become shame rather than honor.
