Description
After three days, Joseph offers a modified test: one brother will remain imprisoned while the others return with grain and later bring Benjamin back. As the brothers speak among themselves about their guilt over Joseph's suffering long ago, Joseph understands every word though they think he does not. Overcome with emotion, he turns away and weeps in private, then returns and has Simeon bound before their eyes.
