Genesis 39 (vv. 11-18)

One day, when no servants are inside, Potiphar’s wife seizes Joseph by his cloak and again demands that he come to her. Joseph chooses escape over compromise, leaving the garment in her hand and fleeing the house. She then turns the abandoned cloak into false evidence, summoning the servants and crafting a deceitful accusation. The scene is charged with urgency, innocence, and betrayal.
