Beside each living creature appears a wheel on the ground, sparkling like topaz and constructed like a wheel intersecting a wheel. Their towering rims are covered with eyes all around, and they move in perfect unity with the creatures, rising when the creatures rise and stopping when they stop. The same spirit animates both creatures and wheels, portraying divine mobility, perception, and sovereign coordination.
