Description
As an adult, Moses goes out and sees the harsh labor of the Hebrews and an Egyptian beating one of his own people. In a moment charged with anger and moral crisis, he acts against the oppressor and hides the deed in the sand, but when his action becomes known and his authority is rejected by fellow Hebrews, he is seized with fear and flees from Pharaoh into exile.
