Description
In the aftermath of the darkness, Pharaoh offers a partial concession, allowing the people to go but demanding that their flocks remain behind. Moses refuses, insisting that not even one hoof can be left because Israel must fully obey the LORD in worship. Enraged, Pharaoh banishes Moses under threat of death, and Moses declares that he will never see Pharaoh’s face again. The confrontation ends in chilling finality.
