Ecclesiastes 4 (vv. 1-3)

The Teacher looks upon a world filled with injustice and sees vulnerable people weeping under the power of harsh oppressors. No one stands beside them to comfort them, and the imbalance of power feels crushing and absolute. The scene captures the emotional weight of a fallen world, where sorrow is so deep that the dead seem more fortunate than the living, and even nonexistence is imagined as a refuge from witnessing such evil.
