While secure and prosperous in his palace, Nebuchadnezzar is suddenly shaken by a terrifying dream. Troubled on his bed, he summons the wise men of Babylon, yet none can interpret what he has seen. At last Daniel enters, and the king turns to him with hope, convinced that no mystery is beyond him.
