Daniel is brought swiftly before Nebuchadnezzar and stands in the royal court with calm confidence. When asked whether he can reveal the dream, Daniel denies any personal power and directs all glory to the God in heaven who reveals mysteries. The contrast is striking: the might of empire on one side, and a faithful exile speaking truth with humility on the other.
