Daniel 10 (vv. 7-9)

Although Daniel alone sees the vision, the men with him are seized by an unseen terror and run away to hide. Left alone before the glory of the messenger, Daniel loses all strength, his face turns pale, and at the sound of the voice he collapses with his face to the ground in helpless exhaustion.

환상은 다니엘만 보았지만, 함께 있던 사람들은 보이지 않는 두려움에 사로잡혀 도망쳐 숨는다. 영광스러운 사자 앞에 홀로 남은 다니엘은 기력을 잃고 얼굴빛이 창백해지며, 그 음성을 듣는 순간 얼굴을 땅에 대고 쓰러져 무력하게 엎드린다.
