Description
In Damascus, Ananias, a devout and respected man, comes to Saul and stands beside him. He calls him Brother Saul and tells him to receive his sight. In that moment Saul can see again, and Ananias declares that the God of their ancestors has chosen him to know His will, to see the Righteous One, and to become a witness. Saul is then urged to rise, be baptized, and wash away his sins by calling on the name of the Lord.
