Acts 14 (vv. 1-4)

Paul and Barnabas enter the synagogue in Iconium and speak with such power that many Jews and Greeks believe. At the same time, opposition rises as unbelieving leaders stir suspicion and hostility. The city becomes visibly divided, while the apostles continue speaking boldly, and God confirms their message through signs and wonders.

바울과 바나바는 이고니온의 회당에 들어가 능력 있게 말씀을 전했고, 많은 유대인과 헬라인이 믿게 되었다. 동시에 믿지 않는 지도자들은 사람들의 마음을 선동하여 적대감과 의심을 불러일으켰다. 도시는 눈에 띄게 둘로 갈라졌지만, 사도들은 계속 담대히 말했고 하나님은 표적과 기사를 통해 그들의 메시지를 확증하셨다.
