Description
When David hears of Rizpah’s vigil, he is moved to gather the bones of Saul and Jonathan from Jabesh Gilead, along with the remains of the seven who had been exposed. They are buried together in the family tomb of Kish at Zela, and only after this act of honor and obedience does God answer prayer for the land.
