Description
After their earlier defeat, the Arameans regroup under Shobak with reinforcements brought from beyond the Euphrates. David gathers all Israel, crosses the Jordan, and meets them at Helam. In the final clash the Arameans are decisively defeated, Shobak falls, and the vassal kings of Hadadezer make peace with Israel.
