Description
The lepers first enter the tents and satisfy their hunger, eating and drinking after long deprivation. They gather silver, gold, and clothing and hide them, but then their conscience awakens: this is a day of good news, and it must not be kept secret. They hurry back to the city gate and call out to the gatekeepers, announcing that the Aramean camp is empty.
