2 Kings 5 (vv. 20-27)

After Naaman departs, Gehazi secretly runs after him and lies in order to obtain silver and garments. He hides the gifts and then stands before Elisha pretending innocence, but the prophet exposes his deceit. In solemn judgment, Elisha declares that Naaman’s leprosy will cling to Gehazi, and Gehazi leaves his presence with skin white as snow. The scene should emphasize moral collapse and divine justice, using expression, contrast, and atmosphere rather than graphic detail.
