Description
The Passover lamb is prepared in the second month as ashamed priests and Levites consecrate themselves and resume their proper service. Because many worshipers are not ceremonially clean, the Levites assist on their behalf, and Hezekiah intercedes in prayer that the LORD would pardon all who truly seek him; God’s healing presence answers without being seen directly.
