Description
At the threshing floor by the gate of Samaria, Ahab and Jehoshaphat sit on their thrones in full royal robes while four hundred prophets proclaim victory. The scene reaches a dramatic height when Zedekiah son of Kenaanah brandishes iron horns and declares that the Arameans will be destroyed. Though the spectacle is loud and confident, Jehoshaphat remains unconvinced and senses the absence of a true word from the LORD.
