Description

Asa gathers all Judah and Benjamin in Jerusalem, along with many from Ephraim, Manasseh, and Simeon who have come over because they see that the LORD is with him. In the third month of Asa’s fifteenth year, the people assemble in a great national gathering. They bring plunder from victory, offer abundant sacrifices to the LORD, and enter into a covenant to seek the God of their ancestors with all their heart and soul.
